We do offer limited replacement part services as part of our fulfillment plan.

Bridge will email an address correction form to your backer list, giving them up to two weeks to add any adjustments. We highly recommend our clients utilize this service as it has been shown to reduce the error rate of undeliverable items by nearly 50%.

For Backers

We process fulfillment orders in batches, not geographically. For instance, if 700/1000 orders consist of the same item, those orders will be processed first, then moving onto the next batch, until unique orders are processed at the end. This allows us to get more games into the hands of backers, more quickly.
Each backer automatically receives tracking information as soon as their order is packaged.

Tracking is updated as soon as a label is printed, however, pickups from our warehouse facilities may not occur the same day. It is not uncommon for packages to show no movement for up to three days before they are scanned in at the receiving UPS/USPS/FedEX facility.
