Wholesale FAQ

Yes! We solicit to our retailer network through emails. Every new product receives a spotlight email, as well as inclusion in weekly ‘wrap up’ emails.

However, we strongly encourage our publishers to continue to market and promote their game on their own. Bridge handles over 200 publishers and their games, and as much as we would love to, we cannot advertise each one with the same frequency and dedication as a publisher.

We do offer a selection of marketing and media creation services to our clients. For a current list of services and pricing, please click here: Bridge Marketing Options 2024

The first week of each month, you’ll receive a sales report detailing how many copies of your game have sold. Then its as easy as billing us at the following rates:

General Wholesale (retail) – 40% of MSRP

Amazon Sales through Bridge Media Account – 40% of MSRP

Trade Show Representation – 40% of MSRP

Sub-distribution (sales to other distributors, only upon request by the publisher) – 35% of MSRP

While Bridge will solicit your product to our retail network with email contact and direct mailing, we highly encourage publishers to maintain their own advertising efforts. This can include direct mailers, keyword advertising, and purchasing ads through services such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other social medias.

Essentially, the more people are seeing your game, the more likely they will go to their local game store to buy it…and if it isn’t stocked, the more likely the retailer will remember seeing it in one of our emails and place an order!

Community building is also a strong facet of this process. Our most successful titles are nearly always ones where the creator is active on forums or on their own Facebook page, attends conventions, and regularly posts content such as blogs or video updates.

As much as we would love for every game we stock to hit amazing sales, ultimately the majority of marketing efforts do fall on the publishers themselves.
